The process: how we get there

Proposal and Contract
First things, first. Am I the right fit for your big idea? If this all sounds awesome and a bag of potato chips, pick your poison or package and let’s make an action plan. Just like any successful rescue plan or heist, we’ll need a map. There’s no room for fun when the directions are unclear. Once we decide and agree upon project scope, it’s time to get creative!

Discovery
Turn on that kettle and grab a comfy seat, it’s time to get real. I’m not a fan of small talk, let’s get to know each other, really know each other. In our brand discovery call, I will ask the questions, ALL the questions to bring out your most authentic you!

Design
I’ll take it from here, Cap! Once we’ve pinned the direction you’d like to go in, I’ll get busy developing concepts and materials. This is where I work my magic, take the space to dream up, mold and shape your unique solution.
You can expect regular communication at this time as we work through any problems, and adjustments to make sure your brand is just right! If you have any questions or would like to go in a different direction, don’t hold back. I want to make absolutely sure we’re spot on!

Refinements
This is where you can expect all the design collateral for review. I will send you all the materials for final inspection to work out any kinks before final brand launch.

Final Files
Once the project is finished, you will receive the bundled files with instructions for how to use the materials. We will also have a training session to go through using any tools you will need to use moving forward.
Parting is such sweet sorrow, but it doesn’t have to be! I’m here to help answer any questions you may have.
